With October being Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the Psychology and Sociology Departments present this Forum. This presentation will feature the A.L.I.V.E. agency of Union, MO providing awareness of the incidence of domestic violence, the support to help the victims of that violence, and the services provided to achieve those goals.  A representative from the local Prosecuting Attorney’s Office will discuss the legal services available to the victims of violence. There will also be counselors to inform the community of the therapeutic and support services available to help individuals and families start the process of healing.
