Franklin County Fall Institute with Dr. Ruby Payne

The Franklin County Community Resource Board will host their Fall Institute at ECC, which will feature Dr. Ruby Payne (this is part 2 of a series; part 1 was in fall 2019). The audience will be local service providers and educators.

To attend this event in person, the Franklin County Community Resource Board will require that all in-person attendees provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test performed within 72-hours before the event. Masks are required inside of all buildings on the East Central College Campus. Due to the nature of this event, social distancing will not be possible.
